Inspite of recognizing the benefits of having a mentor, employee's often hesitate to reach out. I've proactively connected protégés with mentors in my network. And never miss an opportunity to mentor or be mentored! Its a convenient and effective way to learn a new skill or come to terms with a new career situation.

Collaboration shoudn't be restricted to clients. Internal collaborative efforts that I initiated among teams  helped gain traction to secure business from insights generated by the resulting alignment.
